I am a huge fan of Chelsea, as are a number of my friends. Last week we were out for lunch and decided it would be a fun time to get tickets for the next game. There were three of us total and decided it would be most efficient for me to go down to the ticket seller to get them after my next shift.
Once I got down there, however, there was a huge line which made me slightly anxious. I tried bribing my way up in in line. Little did I know that this guy worked in a morgue. Still, we wanted to go to the game so me and my friend arrived after midnight to get the tickets. The morgue was creepy and smelled kind of funny, but I just kept thinking about the game.
Sure enough, his friend sold us the tickets and we had to pay double. We left and that was it. Problem was we ended up paying for the equivalence of seven Chelsea tickets and the worst part about the whole thing was I couldn't get the smell of the morgue out of my head. That is, until we got to the game and then we had the time of our lives.
